About Nabila

Nabila's Early years...

Nabila has been qualified as a Pharmacist since 2005. She spent her early years in Hospital trusts, moving onto working in Community Pharmacy after a few years. She worked her way up the ranks to Store Management and Area Management very quickly, building credibility and the respect of her colleagues through sharing best practice and her supportive and coaching style of leadership.

Former GPHC Inspector

Nabila started work as an Inspector for the General Pharmaceutical Council in 2015, where she managed the inspection cycle for approximately 500 pharmacies in the South East of England. Inspection reports were not published at the time, however, she contributed to the process of designing reports. Nabila's time at the GPHC promoted a keen interest in clinical governance and clinical risk management and has been involved in managing risks at both service delivery and strategic levels.

Digital Health

Nabila was one of the first 50 employees in Babylon and helped design the Digital First NHS GP practice. She left 6 years later when the organisation had in excess of 5000 employees and providing clinical services across the UK, Rwanda, and the US. As part of her work she managed 130+ Independent prescribing Pharmacists, was involved in service design,  clinical operations at scale and was responsible for managing prescribing risks Globally. Nabila refined her ability to creatively problem solve in this role. She did this by creating novel solutions for the unique environment in which Babylon provided healthcare.
